Carlo Giuseppe Tacchini Posted November 23, 2006 Report Posted November 23, 2006 Hi all. I ask forgiveness from Moderators. This multiple post is intended to reach the largest possible audience and is made in several fora, so is a “standardized†one. A set of 3 Japanese swords bags in natural silk fully lined in synthetic material, kindly offered by the fellow forumite Shaun Reid, has been added to the Auction in favour of Genise Graham Surgery in SFI Classified Forum ( http://forums.swordforum.com/showthread.php?t=68467&page=3 ) Here is a preview of the items : More pictures, full details of items and rules for auction at the link provided hereabove (please scroll down…). Details about Genise here : http://forums.swordforum.com/showthread.php?t=68402 Thanks for your time and forgiveness. Carlo Giuseppe Tacchini Quote
Brian Posted November 23, 2006 Report Posted November 23, 2006 I don't normally do this, but I would urge everyone to take a look at both links..especially the last one detailing the circumstances, and please donate anything you can if you are able. Genise works for Swordforum Online, which I am sure you all know and participate in. It is a great forum too, and this cause is a really worthy one. I would like to wish Genise all the best and our thoughts go out to her from all at the NMB. I will be seeing what I can contribute in some way, even though my finances are not very stable currently. The sword bags are a great deal, and well worth a bid. If anyone would like to contribute in any way, you can post at the link to SF, or contact Carlo directly. Regards, Brian Quote
Carlo Giuseppe Tacchini Posted November 23, 2006 Author Report Posted November 23, 2006 Thanks Brian. A gentleman as always. Quote
Rich T Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 for those maybe not so interested in the sword bags, there is a paypal account that has been set up at macfrump@yahoo.com where you can donate a few dollars to as I just did. I think it is a worthy cause and I urge all to contribute even a little to help Genise out. Cheers Rich Turner Quote
