Hanging scroll help

Could anyone help me with this hanging scroll. I am wondering what is the significance of the design, and any help with the signature would be most appreciated.

I've seen something like this before, I think it may relate to the Yasakami no Magatama, one of the three sacred emblems of Japan.

 

Check out Tesshu Yamaoka's Calligraphy, I think he may have depicted a similar subject.

I suspect that it is a kind of Enso (円相).

I found a calligraphy of Hoju by Inoue Kanshu (井上寒甃).

I cannot read all characters. Correct me if I am wrong.

 

The 1st line:

六十一歳 – 61 years old

 

The 2nd line:

Something + 荘 – artist’s name

 

The 1st seal:

中澤 ? 南 – Nakazawa ?-nan

 

The 2nd seal:

Maybe the same as the artist’s name
