Type 98 Hirazukuri Uchigatana, mon, field grade tassel

An interesting and unique Type 98 with uncommon hirazukuri uchigatana blade signed Bishu Osafune Nagamitsu. Most likely from the later Muromachi period when this style of blade was predominantly made & used. Hirazukuri blades of this length aren't seen that often so I have scant information to provide. The blade itself is wide & thick, with active Hamon and Hada. The hamon is something like choji with tobiyaki. Some ware, please see photos. The mounts are nice quality Type 98 with aluminium Saya and interlocking ring Mon originally used by the Wakasa family. An unrelated but appropriate worn field grade tassel is included.
