Hello, from what I gather this smith uses strange strokes on his mei, but I'm getting Noshu Jyu Kane ?

 

Any ideas what the final kanji is?

Thanks, I looked up the 4 stroke kanji and Masa was the only one that seemed close, but just wanted to make sure.

Kent, is that a large Seki stamp at the top?  If so, could I get a clear shot of it?

Sorry, don't have access to more detailed pictures, but it looks like this blade has surfaced on the forum before. Seems to be a Seki showato blade by the looks of it.
