For me, a big feature that will be expanded on.
Who noticed? It may only be visible on desktop. I can add sidebars etc to mobile views, but I think your screens will get too cluttered.

Well spotted Rich.
Next is to add more kanji to it, there are a few common ones not in there. And commonly used kanji...and provinces.
I wanted to see it work first.
Also, check out FAQ in the top bar. MUCH better than the old system. I'll be getting people to do articles to add there, and then we can refer newbies there when the same questions come up.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. Can't tell you how much I dread opening this thread expecting things to fix or that people hate something new.
It is SUCH a relief to see compliments or than new features are noticed.

I really appreciate the cancellation of the Japan News, but I miss the 'edit' function!

I didn't cancel News Ticker. It stopped working, and I need to re-enable it. I like it...I may keep it.
As for edit, it's still there. I'll let you click around your post for a few seconds until you find it. It was mentioned in another post. It's easier, cleaner and neater now. But still there.
