ok, can of warms time.

 

whom here has ever seen a gold bullion tear drop tassel?

before every one will say company grade army, im thinking unrecorded gold police grade? as its identical to the silver police grade BUT GOLD

Well, I'm way out of my league in a tassel discussion, especially the pre-WWII kind.  This is just from Fuller.  Now, as good as his is, there are still things we've found out that have corrected his work on certain items.  But, you can see from his page that the "dark gold" was found on that police sword.

thats my point, its the colour of the wire. either silver or gold or DARK GOLD from bruces info. 

 

its a police sword so, im looking for comformation that they using gold tear drop tassels, as the books say civil officers , but police would be seperate ??
