Ichimonji struggle.

For almost a decade I struggled to photograph Ichimonji. I could do the shallow angles technique; the results are bright and can show some details, but are difficult for kantei or to publish.

But other techniques were just giving me watery images with little substance.

Yet finally I think I am getting to point where I am personally comfortable with the results.
