Ritual staff / spear ?

Hello dear members,

 

I wanted to show you this item:

 

maybe a staff/ spear head made in the style of a buddhist monk staff 

or a ritual yari-trident jumonji  like spear...

 

Just a deco but the steel/iron part seems well made and forged not cast

 

What do you think ?

"Looms to me yo be purely decorative."  Without auto correct comes out to be, "Seems to me to be purely decorative."

Thank you ! My english is not that good.....

 

For the flag,

not a Japanese one ?

I didn't found Japanese flags or banners with metallic final tip,

''always'' a wooden square shape , isn't it ?

My personal guess is european. For a church banner or a club flag. I dont think it is Japanese.

We had old clubs here in germany 100 to 150 years old. And their flags have also massive tips.

 

But thats only a guess. I didn't know it.
