Help with translation of plaque with arrows and kanji

looking for help with translation of plaque with arrows and think description of type of arrows. 
 Very appreciated with with help.

That one is relatively easy to read. May I ask if you are wanting to buy this? I do not wish to influence someone's sale here. In other words, do you already own this, and are you looking for a translation and nothing more?

 

The description offers a rough date and a general background to these 'special order' iron pieces, including three arrowheads, but nothing specific about them. Two makers' names are given at the end.

looking to buy item but would’t mind opinions before spending my money . The grouping cost around $600 plus shipping is fair price Or overprice? Any way to find more information on items?

Thanks bugyotsuji  for your help I was told the to items on the bottom were rope cutters? I will reconsider my option on items.

Bottom 2 are NOT arrowheads. I suspect this blacksmith was showing what could be made and those are agricultural tools. The arrowheads above that are nice though
