Granted, the tsuba is a plain iron guard, but the shakudo fukurin adds value and makes it positively charming. Good for collecting, excellent for mounting. The price is at or below the level you can expect even when buying on Yahoo.jp, so you will hardly get such a nice tsuba any cheaper.
