Early Koto Wak Signed Yukihira

An attractive but unpapered blade with a questionable signature "Yukihira". Suguha and midare hamon, with some mokume and itame hada that is difficult to visualize due to countless surface scratches and a dulled old polish. Nakago appears to be ubu and is weathered well. The first mekugi-ana appears punched. Based on these, and the overall sugata of the blade, I estimate early Koto but definitely not Nambukocho or Kamakura. I like the blade but I'm not keen on a project right now. Various imperfections as noted in the photos.

This is actually a nice wak it just needs TLC by a polisher to be truly appreciated. A shiage alone may even get to the goal. Until then, it can still be enjoyed, so worth the price.
