Munetsugu Posted December 30, 2020 Report Posted December 30, 2020 Hello! First post since Christmas, hope everyone had a good one Have another tsuba arriving tomorrow and curious to try find out some more information about it, don't know anything about it but just quite liked the look of it and I've been given the name TAMEKUNI Saku which doesn't give me much information that I can see online.. That's if the mei translation is right? Would love to find out a bit more and possibly a rough date/what the theme is and I know there are some very knowledgeable people on here. I've attached some pictures. I've got a load more tsuba purchases I will upload tomorrow. Thank you all in advance 😁 1 Quote
SteveM Posted December 30, 2020 Report Posted December 30, 2020 Tamekuni looks right, but I can find no such smith in the reference book, or on the internet. Very late Edo piece, maybe. Quote
