Authentication of Yari spear

Hello, this is my first post on this forum and i hope i chose a good category for this post.

I have a few photos of Yari spear and i was wondering if anyone here could help me with identification.

There is signature on it and i wonder what it could say.

It is a sansaku yari. Probably late Edo.

The mei is "Mito Ju Nori" something. Maybe Noriyuki ?!

A nice hira sankaku yari.  If you have just bought it then you are very brave.  It will be good to see it when it has been properly restored.
