Hi Everybody,

Working on a restoration at the moment.

Can anybody please tell me if there is any rule about how much the Kozuka tip should stand proud the other side of the tsuba when in the saya and through the Hitsu Ana ?

If You are restoring a saya, point on the dimension of the kozuka pocket instead of the kozuka itself. Normally the lenght of the pocket (where the kozuka handle rests) is about 90mm.
