Any idea what school this tsuba might be?

I'm pants at tetsu tsuba but recently picked this up as I think it's in nice condition.

Any ideas what I have?

I appreciate it's Shoki the Oni/demon queller ergo the very Chinese look to the protagonist.

 

Also is it possible to fix the scratches on the shakudo plug?

Rust removal needs to be done as well. Yes the scratches can be removed by a professional and then the shakudo would need repatination.
