b.hennick Posted September 15, 2020 Report Posted September 15, 2020 I found the links under Nihonto Information. As soon as I click on the links page it disappears. I still keep the old home page to that I can get to link more easily. Is there a trick to getting there on this site. All suggestions welcome.
Bruce Pennington Posted September 15, 2020 Report Posted September 15, 2020 I have the same problem. It takes several tries to get the screen to stay long enough to click on a choice.
ROKUJURO Posted September 16, 2020 Report Posted September 16, 2020 Same problem here. I thought I was too slow, but probably a website bug.
John A Stuart Posted September 16, 2020 Report Posted September 16, 2020 Hover over 'links' and migrate to the new drop down. Everything is static until you click a specific link/ Yes??
ROKUJURO Posted September 16, 2020 Report Posted September 16, 2020 John, that is what I expected. But it does not work always that way. Not a big problem though.
Brian Posted September 16, 2020 Report Posted September 16, 2020 Yeah, it's a known bug for some reason. As you move down to the links, they disappear and you have to do it a few times before they stay. Lots of discussion about it, but the developers are still working on a fix. I find if I hover until they drop down, and wait a few seconds, then it is stable. Maybe something is loading in the background. But it is know and is being worked on. Nothing I can do yet. Pity, because I prefer the links there, and they are updated.

Barry (and Brian) I accidentally found a work-around to the Links rapidly disappearing. Once you click on the "Nihonto Info" tab, use the Down Arrow of your keyboard to move down. Once I do that, the dropdown windows stay open and you can move your cursor around to the various links.
Brian Posted March 13, 2021 Report Posted March 13, 2021 You're a genius Bruce I still need to update this software, just taking a breather before we tackle that one
