Darcy Posted September 7, 2020 Report Posted September 7, 2020 As long as it is Paul's koto part I had that. Hosho Sadamune: quasi-mythical, the one Jubi item is gimei. No hosho smith signed with the word Hosho in the mei. This one is jubi but widely regarded as unreliable. Hosho mei are either complicated with Takagi-gun in there or else are shorter with Fujiwara and often just niji mei. How they got the name Hosho is up to research as they didn't use Hosho in their own works. 2 Quote
16k Posted September 7, 2020 Report Posted September 7, 2020 Since we’re talking about pure fantasy, I really only need one and would be the happiest collector in the world. The Sanchomo/Yamatorige. For me this sword epitomizes the Japanese sword in all its beauty and glory. Hell, I’d be happy with an affordable utsushi. Quote
Jamie Posted September 9, 2020 Report Posted September 9, 2020 I’d take just one Go Yoshihiro I have seen only one, and it was by far, by a very large margin my favorite sword I’ve ever seen. 1 Quote
