It is most likely between 50-80% gold depending on the date of manufacture which we must assume is either pre 1830 or modern.

The gold content permitted before an outright ban in 1830, over the preceding years, dropped as low as 50% by law on sword fittings.

I appreciate it's nice to some but I don't like it.if it's modern cast with little artistic value ,it's scrap value is $18,016.94 for a price of $23,600

If 14k .

But I think it's probably 9ct based on colour if true in the image and possibly modern and has a scrap value of $5240.
