vajo Posted June 19, 2020 Report Posted June 19, 2020 I bought some years ago a bundle of 2 tanto and 1 wakizashi in very bad condition. The tanto and the wakizashi is gone. I sent the last tanto to polish and got it back. I'm pleased what i got back. Before: Now: 18 Quote

vajo Posted June 21, 2020 Author Report Posted June 21, 2020 Hello Mark, sadly the blade was sanded or something so the hada is only slightly under good light visible. The blade itself is not to thin rubbed but the hada had lost much and the polisher had a good eye not to go deeper. But overall i think it is now in a condition to hold it further. This is a good example keeping swords as you found it and not trying anything on the blade. Before pictures. Cannibalized Koshirae at is best. 2 Quote
