Nice to see some old friends. I remember spending many hours looking at the Yamato Shizu blade when it was in Deryck Ingham's collection. I bought a couple of swords from him to help him fund the purchase. It was the second blade he purchased from the A.Z. Freeman collection. The first was a nagamaki Naoshi attributed to Unji. It is also magnificent blade. I also had the Kanemoto in my collection for a short time before exchanging it with Deryck for something else.

I missed ths, but glad to find the link. Some very impressive swords! Just wish they didn't paste their logo over the good parts.
