Ray Singer Posted January 27, 2020 Report Posted January 27, 2020 A massive Shinshinto wakizashi by Toshitsugu with 9mm kasane in koshirae. Measures 38.8cm nagasa and 32mm motohaba. Exquisite suguha hamon fulfilled with small ashi and kinsuji. Hamon looks to be an attempt at copying Rai. Jihada is a beautiful itame. Bo utsuri is present. Niji-mei of Yoshitsugu on nakago with ubu nakago-jiri. The polish is almost fully intact with just a few light scratches. Late Edo koshirae.$1,750 (plus shipping and PayPal).
