Hi,

I have this mino goto tsuba and looking closer at the inlays I have detected what could be considered as some kanji. Is it in my dreams or can it be a kind of hidden signature ?

Thank you for your views.

桐 and 寿, but I don't know what they represent. Its not a name. 寿 (sumi) means long life, longevity, which you often see on gifts or motifs in weddings, etc. 桐 (kiri) is paulownia. I don't know its significance here. And I don't know why these two kanji are on the fan shapes.
