I think the second character reads "hisa ä¹…", but that's as far as I get. You might find this book helpful.

Thanks for the help. Just to clarify, the 1st Kanji is Enro and the second Hisa? What does Kôkyû mean?

You need not rush to a conclusion for the first kanji. We should wait for a heavyweight.
