Traditionally made sword?

Hey guys, not sure where to search for WW2 era swords other then eBay, came across this sword claiming to be over 500 years old! Any truth to what they are claiming, and is the sword worth it? Thanks! And if there is a thread dedicated to advice for swords please direct me to it!

Looks like it could be Sue-Bizen. Closer to 450.

Nothing unusual about 500 year old Japanese swords. Very common. The value and desirability isn't in the age but the quality. Don't buy age.That is just a romantic Western notion.
800 Years old is considered old in Japanese swords. Lots of mass produced swords in the 1500's.
Not saying it isn't worth it...just that it is nothing special and can easily be duplicated anytime you are looking.
