That is beautiful Chris!

Did you just print one? If not, you have a buyer!

It was only a few days to get it printed.

I was playing around with the idea to let it print if you like it JP. But it doesnt work on that way. I was paying 47,95 EUR for the book.

I ask the print company if it is possible to make a discount if i would need more. The make it but i dont get it really cheaper this way. In that quality with 100 pieces i would pay 36,99 EUR. Makes not really sense.

On other plattforms you need to make it with a DTP software. I have no idea.

Well, Chris, I’d gladly pay $47 to get one. It’s always a pleasure to see a friend"s collection.

Hi JP thanks but i think it is fast to much, really. I will find another way that must be cheaper!! And i will bring it together with my tsuba collection. So one book with the nihonto and tsuba for under 20 EUR in good quality.

I think thats my next project. Btw i must make some new fotos because 4 plates i used i took pictures from AOI Art purchase that would be unfair to use it and its not allowed.

So give me some time.

Congratulations and great work on the collection and book Chris. When you eventually combine the swords and tsuba into one book I would be happy to buy a copy too.

Great job Chris. And a really nice collection

Alternatively see CEWE. I don't see the size of your book, nor the number of pages (I assume A4, 1 page - 1 blade, approx. 20 sheets)

If you would like to print a larger number, I personally use justprint.sk (I did not find a DE or GB mutation). They do not use hardcover (print catalogs)

To give you an idea - I defined A4 cover 250g paper, inside 170g, full color, 52 pages ... 50pcs - 17 EUR / pc, 100 pcs - 9 EUR / pc, 200pcs - 5,30 EUR / pc ( w/o VAT )

Hi Brano

yes its from CeWe. Its to expensive for making copies as i said. I was trying around to extract the pdf file. But with 2 scripts i get everytime a cewe watersign on every site.

I will take a look on justprint.sk.

The point because i go with cewe was that i can use high resolution pictures with no compression. If i make it in word and make a pdf file the pictures shrink. And it looks very different from the cewe tool.

Maybe a DTP Programm will fit better but i didnt want to invest money in such a programm.
