raaay Posted July 24, 2019 Report Posted July 24, 2019 Al , Check out Takayama To and I think the smith is Masahiro, but I am not a 100% sure at this time just a quick guess , I think it refers to anti rust steel and maybe who polished the blade ,but no doubt you will get the correct translation soon.
