So just had a mumei katana papered to a tsuguyuki nambokucho kozori Smith.. I can't seem to find any info on this Smith and was wondering if anyone may know anything about him.. Thanks in any respect for the time

Thank you very much for the reply and unimaginable speed of reply. Once again this is an amazing site.. the blade is currently in line for sayagaki with Mr Tenobe then finally headed home tbh in hand.

Amazed they are able to attributed to a specific Smith with such an absence of work available from him

Thank you again very much for the information. Question then is it better to have a sword from a maker that has many works or to have a sword with only a few works catalogued in existence? The old papers for the blade attributed it to tsuneiye which there is a bit of info on... New nbthk papers put it to tsuguyuki which seems a lot more scarce...

better might be the wrong word. Maybe more desirable or something to the effect. I do like the idea of having something that is not commonly around I guess
