Seller tells that the theme is a fictional meeting of famous swordsmiths..

The three smiths depicted are

 

Yoshimitsu (吉光)

Masamune (正宗)

Gō-no-Yoshihiro (郷義弘)

 

The print carries the date of Tenpō Mizunoe-tora (天保壬寅) or 1842.

On the edge of the scroll is the name 板谷桂舟 Itaya Keishū, who was active in the late part of the 1700s. The name Keishū is also found on the scroll itself (although I can't tell if this is the same Keishū). The date of the scroll is at odds with the date on the wooden part of the scroll. The text is just the smith's names, and their location. The same sort of thing we find on nakago. Next to that is the date. Next to that is 七十五齢, which I take to be the age of the artist, 75 years. The very last line I can't make out. 英原～something. 

 

Edit #1: The name on the print is 桂舟弘延 (Keishū HIronobu), the art name of Itaya Hironobu. Itaya Hironobu was active in the mid-1800s.

I think this would be a very interesting piece to own. Not only is the subject matter interesting, it also seems to be a rare work from this artist, and looks to be in good condition.
