Hozon paper for Friend

A firend of mine just bought this blade (possibly my favourite I ever held in hands), and asked me to post this here, if somebody can help him with the paper. Only needs the important parts (attribution, mei, date).

Thank you! What does Harima-Shodai mean?

Presumably a lineage from Harima and this was made by the first generation of the lineage, the shodai.   The second would be nidai, third sandai etc.  Often the generations are father and son, but sometimes an unrelated or adopted trainee takes the master's name.

The first gen (Harima) Yamato Daijo Fujiwara Ujishige is recorded as having made a sword in 元禄四年 Genroku 4, for example.
