Long nagasa nihonto or gunto katana

Hello all,

 

Looking to acquire my first nihonto. Looking for a 29 inch or longer nagasa nihonto or gendai gunto katana. Budget is not extremely high, but also not unreasonable. Just looking to see what's out there.

 

Koshirae and Smith prominence isn't the highest priority, just looking for a blade without hagire.

If not, you should read up a little first. Anyways, why does it have to be 29" or over ?

 

Noticed a few over 28", not seen that many at 29".

Hey Alex,

 

My iaijutsu school (Shinshin-ryu) uses long nagasa blades, around 32" nagasa. I know that they're somewhat rare in the nihonto world but I've developed an appreciation for the daito / odachi.

 

Obviously I won't likely be finding a gunto longer than 28-29" nagasa, but a gunto on the longer side would be nice too.
