Jika-tabi translation

Can anyone help with the translation of this Kanji?  They are a pair of jika-tabi.  I bought these on a bid at an auction site.  They are not the conventional tabi worn by the Japanese battles of in the Pacific.  From what I understand; because of the flax soles were used so they wouldn't slip on deck, so this could possibly be Japanese Navy WW2

Looks like two KANJI. The third photo is not well focused, so of no real help.

Thank you for your quick reply Sai Jo Saku.  My name is Adam.  I believe the Kanji on top in purple is the company or base they were issued and the below in black is the name of the soldier/officer.  The kohaze was really hard to get the kanji in focus.  I tried two more pictures (attached in the original question) and hopefully it helps a little.  I'm new to forums so please forgive me if I'm not doing something right.

河　Kawano, Kōno　(second kanji is a variant of 野. I don't know if the variant will display correctly)

横田納　Yokota nō, Yokota Osamu? (I don't know what this line represents. My guess is that it refers to the source of the item: Yokota storehouse, or something similar)

Thank you Steve M!  Last night I bit the bullet and had it translated by a translation site.  It was only a couple of bucks.  Pretty much you are correct Steve.  Please see their translation below.  I also added some additional pictures for those who are interested.  I'm not selling them, I got them off an auction site for ....ready for this one?:  $25....say wwwwwhat???  Yup and they're for my dad who's father (my grandpa); a Marine, fought in the Pacific battles of Saipan and Tarawa.  As you can tell from the pictures, these are rare and in optimal condition for it's age.  My grandpa brought back some items after the war that my dad keeps on the shelf, but when I was a kid, he kept them in a back room in the basement.  I would sneak down there when they were away at work and look through the items.  A disarmed grenade, Japanese flag, a bayonet...things a 10 year old would love to look through right?  Yes, in the 80's we were allowed to stay at home by ourselves and I even made myself meals!  Well one of those items were a pair of jika-tabi that looked exactly like the ones in these pictures.  Although my grandpas were in much poorer condition.  Me being 10 in the 80's also meant that I wanted to be a ninja when I grow up.  Those tabi were exactly my size..maybe some wiggle room and I've done the unthinkable and wore them around the house and outside.  They were already falling apart and I tore them up more.  Some sense got in my head and decided to not wear them anymore and keep what seemed to still be intact tabi.  They are now in a box somewhere in my parents attic and just need to find the time to get that stuff out of there.  So I'm hoping my grandpas turns up.  In the meantime, I found these by fluke and for his birthday coming up will present with authentic certification of translation pinpointing that these are in fact authentic jika-tabi issued to the navy because the rubbered (more common) soled tabi would slip on deck in oil or blood so they made tabi with flax soles to avoid that.  I slipped all over the house with the ones my grandpa brought back....I'm such a bad kid...and hope I can redeem myself.  PS. I'm starting to get the hang of this forum stuff.  Thank you Steve M and Jean C for chiming in.  I appreciate the forum allowing me to ask questions and present this information.  I hope others can benefit from this.
