Yeah I saw that... glad one of us managed to get it on his feedback... however, as long as eBay refuses to act this broken record will keeping playing on and on and on...

I spoke to a guy named Dax at the eBay Presidents office (at the tel # I posted previously), a specialist that works for the eBay President.

 

He is looking into the situation.

 

 

I asked why lindy2277 is still on eBay in light of the recent past and he mentioned something about vero only having one record of this posting occuring in the past. He wasn't sure though and has to check it out.

 

I got his email address and forwarded all the prior auctions to prove they exist.

 

 

Supposidly he will get back to me by the end of the day.

 

 

As of now the auction is still going and is up to a whopping $15.01 USD

 

I hope they take some action this time.

 

I guess we'll see.

Ok, I'm confused now.

The listing was withdrawn by eBay, and it seems like all the other item numbers also show invalid now, so none of the fraudulent listings are visible as proof anymore.

And am I correct that the seller is lindy2277 ?

Because if you check their feedback now, it is at 100% positive with no negatives.

Is this the same seller, because if it is, then there is something very strange going on here.

Yep, the negative feedbacks seem to be gone, now only the older (most current one being April 2005) pos feedbacks are there :S

 

And what's worse, the "warning" feedback with the link to this forum is also gone ! Is this some twisted logic from Ebay ? Erase the disputed listings and have done with ?

 

This way the sellers feedback is again at 100% pos .... so we actually did him a favor !!!!

Is it possible that the account was a stolen/hacked one and they have now restored it to the rightful owner?

Just wondering.

I think someone needs to speak directly to eBay and get some answers from them. Otherwise tell them we will keep bidding these auctions up to $100K and not paying.

We have enough accounts that are not blocked.
