Luis,

Got to agree here, even if the Terumitsu checks out, it's far from problem free.  As for the other stuff, a couple of descent pieces but the entire lot, with one exception, needs a trip to the surgery.  It's a great lot if your the buyer's conservator/restorer......plenty of profit for him/her here!   If one hopes to move this lot as is, good luck.

Hello, thank you for your thoughts. I must confess that I have little knowledge on Tsuba and would not have estimated those to be in troubelsome condition but for a missing inlay on the Tiger Tsuba. So thank you for your thoughts and best regards

Luis, some serious Tosogu collectors are, from experience, rather fussy.  With the conditional exception  of extreme rarity, or great age, damage elicits the same reaction that a visit from an unexpected bakemono would.  Of course when certain items are only available in a compromised state, that state is acceptable....yet there are still many who would rather wait for the rare exception or do without.

p.s.- Take a closer look, there is quite a bit of damage.
