That is a very interesting and important article. It gives a lot of valuable info such as numbers of swords confiscated etc, and is a must read for anyone who has an interest in wartime Japanese swords and even the total numbers of civilian swords etc.
I may upload it separately to preserve it. Great find!

Wait, so walls work? Puzzling.

 

Well, I guess we’ll never know how long that wall would have stopped them; after all, it was a force of nature that destroyed the fleet.

But it’s all good. When the Mongols send their people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with them. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

Start with the Naotane Katana made bunsei three and published in Markus Nihon Shin Shinto shi and Swords of the Nihonto Club Germany 1...
