Greg F Posted December 23, 2018 Report Posted December 23, 2018 All your blades are really beautiful Joe, unfortunately I cant afford it this year. Who ever is quick enough to get in first will be lucky to get such a nice Christmas present. All the best Joe. Greg Quote
SwordGuyJoe Posted December 23, 2018 Author Report Posted December 23, 2018 Thanks Greg. I’m trying to restrain from saying what I really think about these blades, as it will just come across as overt salesmanship. I’ll just say that I have sold multiple blades and invested far more than I’m asking, to get my collection to the place it is today. So these are the very finest blades by the handful of Smiths that I collect. Those that “don’t fit” my collection (like the shinshinto blade as example), were purchased because I found them to be particularly fine examples. 3 Quote
Vermithrax16 Posted December 23, 2018 Report Posted December 23, 2018 If I was not on a specific plan of collection, I would have added at least 3 of your swords. Excellent offers Joe. 1 Quote
Brian Posted December 23, 2018 Report Posted December 23, 2018 Wow....Beautiful sword. Shape, horimono...it has it all. Bargain for someone! Quote
Blazeaglory Posted December 27, 2018 Report Posted December 27, 2018 I would buy this in a second if I had the funds... simply beautiful???? Quote
Ray Singer Posted December 27, 2018 Report Posted December 27, 2018 This might also make for a nice daisho with the Shigemasa katana Joe is selling. It's worth noting that they were made just a few months apart. 2 Quote
vajo Posted December 28, 2018 Report Posted December 28, 2018 Beautifull sword Joe. Outstanding price! Quote
Brian Posted December 29, 2018 Report Posted December 29, 2018 Terrible time to be selling swords, otherwise all of your offerings would be gone by now Joe. Can't believe they are still available. 1 Quote
SwordGuyJoe Posted December 29, 2018 Author Report Posted December 29, 2018 Thanks everyone! It is a really pretty blade and if someone would be interested in bundling together, I would be willing to talk about an additional discount. 1 Quote
Greg F Posted January 7, 2019 Report Posted January 7, 2019 What a deal, I would pounce if I could. The only difficulty if I had the money would be which one of your beautiful swords to choose from Joe. Best of luck. Greg Quote
SwordGuyJoe Posted May 19, 2019 Author Report Posted May 19, 2019 And here is a picture of the Mune-ware that I mentioned in the description. As you can see it is on the peak of the Mune. While I believe a polisher could close it based on where the steel opened, it is there. Quote
Jason N Posted May 19, 2019 Report Posted May 19, 2019 Beautiful. If it’s still available in a month, which I highly doubt, I’d be an interested buyer, just can’t do it right now. Quote
