One of the and comprehensive books on Nihonto masterpieces - over 200 examples with full body oshigata and high quality images, with full descriptions and background (in Japanese) of some of the finest and famous swords. Index in English is attached. The book is hard bound in fabric covers and bound in a traditional styled tied sandwich binding. It is held in a fabric covered hard panel folding slip cover, then placed in a heavy cardboard box. Only 600 pieces were printed and all were sold out in the first offering. Oversize, fantastic quality. All famous swords inside, both pictures as well as oshigata showing the activity for one to study. New with original outer box (there is a slight fading on a part of the outer box, otherwise perfect and as new).
