This has got to be one strange certificate! *Actually in Japanese the inch used to be written 吋, so I suspect that this certificate was made by a clever Chinese person. (In Chinese they say 英寸) (PS Yoshiwara used to be the 'red lantern' district.) So the answer is... (to me anyway) 1 Quote
