Maybe this one, but the first couple of kanji aren't clear and, whilst it looks a bit like "Hamamatsu" I could be wrong - there aren't many to choose from though. 

 

KANEAKI (兼明), Genroku (元禄, 1688-1704), Tōtōmi – “Hamamatsu-jū Kaneaki” (浜松住兼明)
