Help Translating A Sword Surrender Tag

it was with a nice old shinto katana in gunto mounts with a kamon

any help greatly appreciated, i would be very keen to identify the Japanese owner

I am not an expert, but I think the blade was made by SADAMURA, and the address is in NOSHU province, today MINO.

I am not sure about the character in red. 

 

Unfortunately Tanaka Kensho or Kenji would be a very common name. 

You might want to contact an organization called the "Obon Society", which helps to reunite war memorabilia with the original owners.

I could not find the 549th Division (maybe it was rather a regiment) but I was able to find a general Katō in the 13th army that was located in Manchuria during the surrender period

Could be regiment - I'm not 100% sure of military naming conventions.
