Tsuba description

I would be very grateful for a translation of the following description of a Tsuba which is very similar to one I currently possess.

Here is what I could make out Martin.

From right to left:

Kiku Hana Sukashi Tsuba

Height 7,1cm - Width 6,8cm Thickness 0,45cm

Muromachi Jidai 16(th) seiki (century)

Yamagane 24 (petal ?) kiku sukashi .....
