The same seller that tried to scam on eBay the Yoshitake Daisho is having another attempt.

 

Here is the previous post that Jock picked up:

He's going for a one-day listing so let's try to stop this quickly, before someone finds themselves robbed of their hard earned money.

I have notified eBay of this fradulent listing. Hopefully it'll be stopped before it's too late.

I've already emailed VERO at ebay for its speedy removal and also bidded it up to 15k with max bid of 100,000 to discourage further bidding!

Anyone can email eBay direct at vero@ebay.com you have to be an existing VeRO participant... but trying never hurts.

 

- All you have to do is send a link of where the item is on the internet that was copied and give item # on eBay.

- Explain in detail what was infringed on...

- It works for text / descriptions (all or anything used in parts) and images used without permission.

 

Generally I get a result in a few hours or less... in this case I emailed them today at 7:24 am they replied at 8:48 am CST with notice of the canceled auction...
