I've given this an attempt but there are a few kanji I can't get.

 

Omote: En?-shu-Ju-X-Toshi?-Kane-Nobu-X-X-Saku

Ura: Sho-wa-Roku-Jyu-Ichi-Nen-Go?-Gatsu-Kitsu-X (May 1986?)

Here are my readings.

Omote: En?-shu-Ju-X-Toshi?-Kane-Nobu-X-X-Saku

 

濃州ä½ä¸¹æ³¢å…¼ä¿¡åˆ»åŒä½œ (Noshu ju Tamba Kanenobu hori dô saku)

Tamba Kanenobu in Noshu carved and made.

 

Ura: Sho-wa-Roku-Jyu-Ichi-Nen-Go?-Gatsu-Kitsu-X (May 1986?)

 

昭和六å一年正月å‰è¾° (Showa roku-ju-ichi nen Shogatsu Kisshin)

A lucky day in January of 1986
