I owned from a friend these nice kinko tsuba.

 

It reads masa 政 haru 晴. I tried to find the right one in Japanese kinko schools from Markus. There are some kinko artist around edo period signed this name.

Any idea for which one?

Steven did you take a look "The Japanese toso-kinko schools" from Markus Sesko? There are different schools with masaharu

I am aware Chris, in a search for the correct attribution some "suspects" can be eliminated on the basis of signature and/or style.  If you take a look at Ichiguro works you will see that they utilize a design vocabulary completely different from your piece.

Found you two more Nara School Masaharu's for comparison. The first two were listed as by Genshosai Masaharu, the second two listed as  by Masaharu of Nimura.  Hope these help.
