Hello Guys..

Next venture, for me.. in the quest for learning,  is Karatsu ware.

I got this "Vintage", E Karatsu Water Jar.

Was...well    :unsure: ... "cheap", so, I wonder if...   :(

The outside looks old, but, the inside looks  "New"..

I can't read the box.

Music helps bring out the passion, of the " highs and lows "  in the artisian's Brush work..

Especially for  the "  Wabi "   ... 

Sakuhachi is "Badass" yea..  :thumbsup:

Hi Alton,

 

Enjoyed both videos, the format and music (Shakuhachi, a fav) used in yours fit the piece well. As per age, perhaps one of the resident "experts" will weight in with an opinion.  Can't wait to see the Kogo vid the subject has always interested me.  LOVE NHK, lots of excellent programming.
