Seiro 2 corresponds to 1905 apparently

It is an unofficial era name as per the wiki page

If I read this correctly, it is indicating that the sword originally had a mei of Chō Aritoshi (長有俊). This was the mei of a Yamato smith who worked in late Kamakura /early Nambokucho.
