Utopianarian Posted May 28, 2018 Report Posted May 28, 2018 I am new to this board and am fascinated with collecting and learning about early nanbokucho and kamakura tachi. I have read a lot from the more experienced on this board and finally signed up to become a member. I bought a few old blades with gunto fittings but this blade intrigues me. I have been researching and reading a lot with a lot of books but it's hard without holding and handling many swords to compare with and learn. This sword details of this blade: nagasa 69cm. Sori 1.7cm motohaba 2.9cm sakihaba 1.9cm kissaki nagasa 2.9cm nakago nagasa 18.8cm kasane 0.6cm. It is suriage and was fitted with high end Shin Gunto mounts with family mon. Quote
