Or just bidding using alternative accounts to raise the price. Very easy to do.

 

I've never seen another seller relist swords up to 4 times.

I did manage to get a nice RJT gunto in mounts from him for not much money, must've flown under the shill radar. He's relisted 2-3 Koa Isshins in the past few weeks as well.
