here's some pics of the Chicago show 2008.

Professor Pete played Duke nuke 'em

Mikey and his partner with another collector from whom I bought a very nice tsuba which could be a Daigoro.

Two uber sword scholars and great gentlemen ( Roy H. and Darcy )

Fred G. and his AKASAKA tsuba and sword collection display with Clayton ( the boy who would be king fame ) at the background.

The show organiser Marc P. and Professor Pete who shall henceforth be known as Duke Nuke 'em in a more serious note examining the GUN ( actually a Japanese naval movie camera to , I think, film/record the accuracy of the AA gun ? , in original box, films !! , ww2 period ). In the back gound , the pretty lady is my boss.

p.s. I have a pic of Big Mo sweet talking some lovely ladies but I won't post the pics as he is going to polish my sword and I dare not pis$#@ him off..............

Kidding. I blame the forum for my hair loss...it's just a co-incidence it started long before I ran this thing.

It was on your table earlier on ( I think ), then travelled to another table, was seeking it's trail hence didn't take your picture. ( what an excuse !! )

 

It belonged to the dude with the moustche next to the handsome duo ( Mikey and Cy ).........

 

Have to look up the books, Mikey and I think there's a Daigoro-ish look with this tsuba.
