It wasn't the best wake up image I had this morning. I don't know what is going on with Tsuruta-san but this, if not Chinese, is the worst piece of Japanese "craftsmanship" I have seen

Getting serious for a bit, something like this can do serious damage to a shop's reputation. Would like to hear the explanation and outcome.
