help with a kozuka mei - please

Can some one please translate this mei for me?

The signature can be read as: "Goto Ishijo" with Kao, but there was no "ISHI"-JO, as far as I know; and the signature looks....doubtful.

Seriously, in the list No.23255 provided by Moriyama-san, I read, there is a Ko-Tsuka engraved by Goto Sekijo. Are there any comparable mei of him and who was he?
